Estimators

We are recruiting several Estimators in Bury and London to support our ongoing projects!

Estimators are responsible for estimating the costs of a planned construction project in terms of the labour, equipment and materials required, prepare analytical estimates for Mechanical Engineering works, that are technically accurate and with an acceptable risk level, from outline drawings and specifications. Also, you will be participating in the design development to assess buildability, materials, innovation and cost effectiveness of proposals and provide high level pricing information early in the tender for optioneering and budgeting to ensure the most cost-effective solution offered.

Project Manager

We are recruiting several Project Managers for a number of exciting projects across the UK. This is an opportunity to manage, control and deliver either a large complex project or a number of smaller projects simultaneously to the satisfaction of both the company and client. This responsibility can begin at tender / negotiations stage or commencement of Project on site.
