Donald Whitehead, Fabrication & Welding Apprentice

Donald's Journey with Exyte

It's exciting. We like to win things. We're probably all quite competitive. I think it's rewarding.

Beth Richards, Business Development Apprentice

Beth's Journey with Exyte

If you commit to a job and do it well, then you get the rewards for it. Enjoy it!

Barry Collingwood, Production Controller

Barry's Journey with Exyte

I like the fact that I'm learning all the time. I have a really nice tutor as well, that's really helpful. Also, my manager helps me a lot.

Amy Muscat, Administrative Assistant

It was a perfect fit for me, better than university, because I can learn experience on the job as well as getting paid.

Zain Shahzad, Digital Engineering Technician Apprentice

I think that mainly it's the confidence which has developed. I was always quite a shy kid, quite quiet. Coming into Hargreaves I was like a small fish in a big pond and now I'm a medium fish in a big pond.

Robert Davies, Digital Innovation Manager

It's good. Being able to develop someone else's skills off the back of your own. I take a lot of pride in that.

Chris Makin, Manufacturing Operative
