Since the 1870’s Exyte Hargreaves has strived to provide opportunities in early careers, particularly to young professionals in our local area. It’s an ideal opportunity to earn as you learn with programmes available in Fabrication / Welding, Business Development, Digital Innovation, Marketing & IT.

Our Engineering Young Talent Programme (EYTP) was first launched in 2012. It is now an internationally recognised and award-winning initiative.
