Shane Crosby appointed as Head of Commercial

Exyte Hargreaves has announced a significant senior leadership recruitment with Shane Crosby joining as our new Head of Commercial.

An experienced Commercial leader

Shane has held a number of strategic commercial roles within the construction and nuclear industries. He has more than 15 years’ experience leading highly successful commercial teams within our sectors. He specialises in driving commercial performance through regular client engagement, whilst implementing commercial strategies which help projects perform efficiently.

Shane’s previous Commercial Experience

Shane joins an experienced Senior Leadership Team at Exyte Hargreaves and he has previous held leadership and management roles at James Fisher, SSE, ALTRAD and Mitie. His first month with the business has been extremely busy with visits to key projects in the Defence sector, plus time spent at Hinkley Point C and HS2.

Shane joins at a time of rapid growth and expansion for Exyte Hargreaves, particularly in our Commercial department. We’re currently recruiting for more Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers. Joining Shane in our Commercial department offers candidates a wide exposure on a variety of current projects.
