Exyte Hargreaves is pleased to announce a successful recent ‘Change to Approval Audit’. This process integrated our standards for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and 45001 (Health & Safety). The latest audit success signifies our unwavering commitment to excellence, demonstrating that we not only adapt to change but thrive through it.
The audit achievement showcases Hargreaves’ dedication to maintaining the highest standards at the heart of our business. Quality, Environmental Management and Health & Safety are crucial to the successful delivery of our HVAC projects. By aligning these standards into a single audit regime we can demonstrate our full business operations and project delivery model.
The completion and launch of our new Integrated Management System (IMS) has been crucial to the high performance in this audit.
Our IMS essentially showcases and describes how we deliver projects. It has standardised our internal processes and demonstrates to our stakeholders that we are in full control of our works. It also shows that we are continuously evolving and innovating – the old system worked, but we wanted it to be better. This will make the management of key project documentation infinitely easier and save everyone huge amounts of time.
The IMS is also a representation of our brand and expresses how we work to deliver for our clients from concept to commissioning.
