The Role

Work with Project Manager and Package Manager to deliver projects. Established good relationships with the client and internal stakeholders for efficient and effective project delivery. Develop Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours of Project Management, Construction, Build Environment and Engineering Sectors. Develop strong analytical and logical skills to maximise project planning and profitability. Assist in maintaining an injury free workplace where everybody goes home safely.

Main Responsibilities

  • Implement EHL ‘Core Values’ within daily tasks.
  • Assist Project Manager and Package Manager to take a role in building services co-ordination exercises in conjunction with any contractual obligations.
  • Liaise with the design and engineering department to ensure that the correct standards, specifications, and information is produced in order that the project targets and obligations are achieved.
  • Assist in the procurement of equipment and materials to comply with requirements and delivery needs.
  • Expand and develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders; attend site meetings, internal and external audits etc.
  • Contribute to the preparation of safe system of work including reviewing and generation of risk assessments and method statements.
  • Work towards the Level 4 Building Services Senior Technician Standard including End of Point of Assessment.

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • 5 GCSEs – English, Maths grades 4 & above.
  • A-Level / Level 3 qualification – Engineering / Built Environment / Relevant Experience.
  • Computer literate, as minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF.
