The Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the development of marketing & communications activity for Exyte Hargreaves across internal and external campaigns. You will be responsible for creating, executing and analysing marketing activities using both traditional and digital channels.

Role Purpose

This role will support the Marketing & business leadership in achieving specific brand development, client engagement, communications and employer brand objectives.

The role is creative and collaborative, working with marketing and wider business colleagues to build campaigns and deliver brand consistent channel content. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications you will be self-motivated and confident working with people at all levels across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthening and protecting the Exyte Hargreaves brand by coordinating consistent material throughout integrated campaigns
  • Planning, generating and promoting content that represents the business across the energy, defence and transport sectors and which is aligned to our marketing & communications strategy
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues in all departments, advising them on content development, offering creative insight and keeping key stakeholders updated on progress
  • Producing consistently messaged communications, producing creative and engaging content for all channels including website blogs, project case studies, adverts, magazines, intranet articles, award submissions, proposals, video, photography, social media and more
  • Supporting the planning and management of events including internal forums, webinars and trade exhibitions
  • Conducting research into clients, competitors and the wider industry to support continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness, bringing fresh ideas into the business
  • Liaising with partner organisations (such as agencies) to coordinate out-of-house tasks such as printing, graphic design support and website support
  • Tracking the effectiveness of marketing tactics by analysing data from numerous sources and monitoring tactical goals

About You

You will have experience in B2B marketing either as part of an in-house marketing team or agency. You’ll be naturally creative, willing to introduce new ideas and test their success as part of the marketing and communications mix. You’ll be enthusiastic and able to engage your audience and build key relationships across the business and industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills are extremely important. Experience of software including Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress would be beneficial.
