Engineering Young Talent
Exyte Hargreaves has a long history of cultivating young talent within the construction industry. Our Engineering Young Talent programme was started in the early 2000’s in response to the growing skills shortage in the industry. It has since become an award-winning skills development initiative. Some of our former apprentices are now occupying management and leadership roles within Exyte Hargreaves and their successes are plentiful. They will play a key role in the support, mentoring and pastoral care received by our 2024 apprentices.
Are you interested in a new career?
We are excited to already be planning for our 2025 apprentice intake. However, we’re also recruiting now across many departments within the business including Quality, Safety, Project Management and Commercial. Visit our Careers page to take a look at all our live roles.
