Why did you decide to join Exyte Hargreaves?
I’ve always heard the construction industry is a large and varied sector with numerous opportunities. Exyte Hargreaves is a successful business and it’s one that’s actually in the town I was born in. I knew I had to try and become a part of it.
Since joining, what’s been your experience of Exyte Hargreaves?
The people are really down to earth. We get the job done and we always do a good job.
Can you talk a bit more about some of the things you’ve been working on?
I’ve taken a large role in duct book pricing for one of our contracts on Hinkley Point C. I’ve done so much more than that and learned so many new things with many different parts of the business. It’s been good.
What would you say is the best part of your job?
I really appreciate the opportunity to learn. Every day is a lesson, and everyone at Hargreaves has something else to teach you. Whether it’s physically sat down, teaching you a lesson, or giving you the tools to learn on your own.
Why would you recommend Exyte Hargreaves to another potential employee?
Well, no matter what stage in life or job experience you’re at, there’s a position for everyone. And it’s a great place where you can work on yourself and develop your business skills.
