Health & Wellbeing

Exyte Hargreaves believes in safeguarding the wellbeing of our employees by promoting a healthy workplace. We understand that such an environment is vital in order to get the best out of our people and to ensure that we build places where our teams enjoy coming to work: whether at home, in the office or out on site.

Employee wellbeing is fostered through the empowerment of our people. Our people are encouraged to use their talents and voices to effect positive change at Exyte Hargreaves. Their efforts are backed by the UK business and cooperation with the wider Exyte Group. Together we want to elevate the health and wellbeing conversation to make a difference for our people, their families and those they care about.

Mental Health First Aid

We understand that work (and issues outside work) can bring unexpected challenges. Our trained team of Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA’s) are positioned throughout our business as a first point of contact for colleagues who need support. They are trained to recognise potential health, financial or other issues which may be having an impact on mental health and signpost colleagues towards professional help.

Our Wellbeing Ambassadors

It’s crucial that our people feel fully supported at Exyte Hargreaves. Our trained Wellbeing Ambassadors are here to listen and signpost colleagues to additional resources in difficult moments.
