We hope you will consider making an application. Here are the steps we typically follow when recruiting a new member of the team:
The hiring manager and HR team will review all applications against the role requirements and shortlist candidates for interview.
Typically, you’ll meet the hiring manager to discuss the role. Most interviews are conducted in person.
Depending on the role seniority, a second interview would typically introduce you to HR and other members of the management team.
All candidates, whether successful or unsuccessful will receive feedback from the HR team about your performance at interview and the result.
The successful candidate is made an offer to join the team at Exentec Hargreaves.
