Exyte Hargreaves is delighted to be named as Offsite Awards 2024 Finalists. Our Digital Innovation team receives recognition following their excellent work to bring innovation to our factory. Specifically, digital technology is transforming our manufacturing facility, leading to increases in both efficiency and productivity.

What are the Offsite Awards 2024?

The Offsite Awards 2024 occur in tandem with the Offsite Expo, which focuses on transformative change in the construction industry. Also, the awards celebrate their 10th anniversary this year and cover every aspect of the offsite industry. Importantly, they aim to ensure that all aspects of the offsite building process are celebrated. Furthermore, the awards recognise the huge efforts that makes these inspiring projects possible to invigorate the built environment.

Finalists in the Offiste Awards 2024

Exyte Hargreaves is a finalist in the BIM / Digital Construction category. We focused our award submission on the Digital Innovation team’s work in our Manufacturing facility to introduce GTP Stratus – making the fabrication and installation processes more efficient. Stratus is a technology developed specifically for MEP contractors. It supports workflow streamlining and transparency from design through to installation.

Judges have considered the impact on external stakeholders, supply chain and the wider modularisation programme when making their decision. The panel includes representatives from Arup, Laing O’Rourke, JLL, Mace and the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
